Welcome to Pimp My Ebo! We’re committed to delivering your Ebo robot accessories quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping, returns, and refund process.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays.

  • Weekend and holiday orders ship the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
    (Shipping costs calculated at checkout)

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.


You’ll receive tracking details via email once your shipment has been dispatched.

If tracking shows delays or issues, feel free to email us at pimpmyebo@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), and

  2. Include photos of damage (if applicable).

 

We’ll work with you to replace or refund the order as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Ebo accessories—if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • They are in new, unused condition

  • They include all original packaging

  • They are not custom-made products

 

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, pet hair, wear, or damage.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return

 

We’ll send you instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.

Exchanges

 

If you want to exchange an item for a different style or variant:

  1. Start a return using the steps above.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

 

This ensures faster processing and availability.

Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged by wear and tear

  • Final sale items

  • Digital downloads (if added in the future)
